Preparation: Pour 250 ml of boiling water over the tea bag and let it steep for about 5-7 minutes (longer for a stronger taste).

Ingredients: Lemongrass* (40%), licorice* (14%), shiitake* (10%), fenugreek* (10%), elderflower*, lime blossom*, basil*, moringa*, dried kombucha drink*.

Meditation for Sensitivity 
Sit up straight, hold your hands between your breastbone and belly button and clench your fists. Extend your index fingers and place them crosswise on top of each other at the second phalanx. Breathe deeply and slowly through your nose for 15 seconds. Exhale strongly and completely through a pursed mouth, directing your breath toward your fingertips. Feel your fingertips getting cold. Perform this exercise for 3-5 minutes.
