A good day actually begins the evening before. Especially when we celebrate it with a fragrant cup of YOGI TEA® evening in soothing mental balance. Lavender and valerian root wrap us in warmth, and the enjoyment of fragrant herbs such as mint and sage allow us to relax.

breathing exercise for restful sleep
Long, deep breathing can be very relaxing right before bed. Sit cross-legged with your spine erect. Also let your shoulders sink in a relaxed manner. Place your hands together in your lap, palms facing up. Close your eyes and start breathing long and deeply through your nose. Allow your breath to slowly fill your lungs and expand your chest. Relax as you breathe out and allow your mind to become increasingly calm. Breathe for a few minutes, then lie on your right side and enjoy a deep, restful sleep.
