If there were such a thing as a fountain of youth in reality, perhaps its water would taste like this refreshing tea. The aroma of tangy lime, mint and licorice is like a fresh breeze, gives us a smile and invites us to take a relaxed look at things. Preparation: Pour 250 ml of boiling water over the tea bag and let it steep for about 5-7 minutes (longer for a stronger taste).

Ingredients: Licorice*, lime*, spearmint*, peppermint*, cardamom*, dried lemon juice*, turmeric*, ginger*, cinnamon*, cloves*, black pepper*.

Yoga exercise to start the day
Sit cross-legged or on a chair with your spine straight. Hook your hands together at chest height and raise your forearms parallel to the floor.
Turn your upper body and arms to the left as you inhale and to the right as you exhale. Continue for 1-3 minutes. During and at the end of the exercise, look “from the inside” at a point between the eyebrows with your eyes closed.
