Preparation: Pour 250 ml of boiling water over the tea bag and let it steep for about 5-7 minutes (longer for a stronger taste).

Yoga exercise for emotional balance

Sit cross-legged with a straight spine, eyes closed. The left hand rests on the left knee. Close your right nostril with your right thumb and breathe in through your left nostril. Then close the left nostril with the right little finger and breathe out through the right nostril. The remaining fingers remain stretched. Continue for up to 11 minutes. Then relax.
