Our honey is organically produced by bees that collect nectar in the wild. Start the morning with a cup of warm water with lemon, grated ginger and honey. Or add grated ginger and a spoonful of honey to herbal tea. Just as good to use as a sweetener in cooking as in baking and desserts. Honey can also be beneficially used on the skin thanks to its antibacterial and moisturizing properties. Try mixing with matcha for a face mask.

From time to time there is unfortunately a shortage of Swedish honey. As we always want to have a honey in the range, we have chosen this organic one from the EU as a really good reserve.
